Come join with our team as a EXECUTIVE – SALES (MALE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and assisting customers with product selections and purchases.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning, proper merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, manage stock-taking, and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate sales staff by organizing duty rosters, conducting team meetings, and supporting performance improvement.

Location: Jaffna

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (bookstore, stationery shop, library sales counter, or similar).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Team Leader, or similar role in retail sales.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently, willing to work weekends/extra hours, and below 40 years of age.
