FACTORY ENGINEER – SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards
- Maintain compliance with company safety regulations and quality assurance requirements
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance teams
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly production reports to management
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Strong understanding of production systems, machinery, and engineering processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
