PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Nature Ceylon Trading (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter and manufacturer of premium Ceylon Tea. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate workforce allocation and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- G.C.E. (A/L) qualification with a Credit Pass in English at G.C.E. (O/L)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the Tea Manufacturing or Food Processing Industry
- Age below 40 years
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and food safety standards will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
