Quantity Surveyor (full time)

Key Requirements

• HND, NDQS or NDT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar field.
• Knowledge of drawings and the construction process.
• Microsoft Excel and costing software proficiency.
• Analytical communicator with organizational skills.

You will analyze project drawings to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimations. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits to verify quantities, assisting with procurement and tendering, preparing valuations, and collaborating with associate professionals.
