Sales & Marketing Executive
Step into the heart of the Maldives’ world-renowned luxury tourism industry. Hospitality Depot is a leading B2B supplier to the country’s premier resorts and hotels, and the authorised Maldives distributor for a portfolio of globally celebrated lifestyle and equipment brands. We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to bring these brands to the most prestigious properties in the region.

- A genuine entry point into the Maldives’ luxury tourism market — building relationships with five-star resorts and leading hospitality groups
- Work alongside industry experts and learn the commercial side of world-class hospitality from a seasoned team
- Represent and market a portfolio of category-leading international brands to discerning, high-end clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across local retail, wholesale, and resort/hotel accounts
- Identify new opportunities, prospect leads, and conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; support brand activations and trade events
- Manage company social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — content, engagement, and reporting
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role
- Relevant qualification in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; knowledge of the Maldivian market is an advantage
- Social media knowledge is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently; willing to travel for field visits when required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting Salary: From USD 500 per month — negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Commission: Performance-based commission on agreed sales targets
- Salary Review: Targets set on joining; increment reviewed at 6 months based on performance
- Accommodation & Food: Accommodation and food allowance provided for expatriate candidates
- Mobile & Transport: Mobile allowance included; transportation provided for field visits
