OneStop Facilities Management Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is an Australian-based, well-established facilities management company, operating since 2018, providing integrated facilities management solutions to high-end corporates, banks, and factories.
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support and strengthen our growing operations team.
PREFERRED PROFILE
- Age between 35 – 45 years
- Experience in a Cleaning Company and Ex-service personnel will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in people handling and team management will be considered an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day site operations and support smooth service delivery
- Manage and resolve minor staff grievances professionally
- Conduct regular site visits around the Colombo area
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure staff discipline, performance, and compliance at sites
- Act as a good listener and effective communicator between staff and management
- Prepare operational updates and reports directly to the Director
