We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented candidates for the following positions with long-term commitment and the ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Qualifications/ Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university or institute
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Building construction
- Previous experience in tendering for building construction work
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cost management for building works, including measurement, BOQ verification, and cost forecasting
- Oversee the submission of certified contractor's payment applications, variations, and final accounts in line with contract conditions
- Evaluate and administer claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence, advising project leadership on commercial risks
- Coordinate procurement and commercial administration of sub-contract packages and specialist works
- Oversee the evaluation of subcontractor payment certifications in line with completed work
- Supervise and mentor the project QS team, ensuring high standards in measurement, documentation, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows, and prepare regular cost forecasts and financial reports
Quantity Surveyors
- Qualifications/ Requirements
- BSc/ Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ NCT in quantity surveying from a reputed educational institute
- Possess minimum of 03 years of experience in building construction projects
- Key Responsibilities
- Submission of certified contractor's payment applications, variations, and final accounts in line with contract conditions
- Evaluation of subcontractor payment certifications in line with completed work
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows, and prepare regular cost forecasts and financial reports
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Packages
Civil Engineer
- Qualifications/ Requirements
- B.Sc civil engineer or equivalent over 5 years of experience in building constructions
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination and progress monitoring
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations effectively
Technical Officer (Civil)
- Qualifications/ Requirements
- NVQ Level 6 with over 07 years experience in building Constructions
- Should possess basic knowledge of surveying practices, setting out works, and surveying instruments
- Should have understanding about construction methodologies and sequence of works
- Good Communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with the site teams
