We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team and support Recruitment and Onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain practical exposure in Human Resource Management within a professional corporate environment.
HR INTERN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for vacant positions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Support the employee onboarding process and preparation of joining documentation.
- Assist in employee personal file management and HR documentation.
- Support other HR administrative and operational activities as assigned.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Male candidate residing in Colombo or nearby areas.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Internship allowance will be provided.
