Job Profile:

We are looking for a young and energetic individual to join our team as a Systems Engineer. You would get the opportunity to work in a global environment supporting, maintaining and managing company's systems and network infrastructure.

You should be a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT infrastructure who is ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and an innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain robust IT systems.
• Maintain and manage company's Windows systems.
• Maintain and manage Azure and M365 infrastructure.
• Collaborate with SOC team and resolve any system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.

Desirable Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Security, IT, or equivalent from a recognized University.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network administration, and Cloud systems management (Azure).
• Hands-on experience in Computer hardware and networking.
• Hands-on experience in Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience in Azure & M365 administration.
• Analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel overseas when required.
• Ability to work late hours to support UK and US sites as and when necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in PABX systems administration will also be an added advantage.
• Certification in Microsoft technologies will also be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are also considered.

Working Hours:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
