NETWORK & CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER

Job Profile:

We are looking for a young and energetic individual to join our team as a Network & Cybersecurity Engineer. You will have the opportunity to work in a global environment supporting, securing, monitoring, and enhancing the company's network, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Monitor, manage, and improve the organization's cybersecurity posture across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Administer and support firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, email security, and web security solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and remediation activities.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, alerts, and threats.
• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure network reliability, availability, and security.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud security initiatives.

Desirable Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent from a University.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Network Administration, Cybersecurity Operations, and Cloud Security.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Microsoft 365 Security.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, SIEM, SOC operations, and incident response processes.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel overseas when required.
• Ability to work late hours to support UK and US sites as and when necessary.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Security, CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
