Management Associate/System Administrator (SLIIT International)

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as Management Associate/ System Administrator attached to SLIIT International, Dr. Lester James Peiris Mawatha, Colombo 5.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Providing technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance by troubleshooting software and system issues.
  • Supporting software installation, configuration, maintenance, and testing while coordinating with development teams on technical issues.
  • Maintaining classroom A/V systems, computer labs, and supporting LMS platforms such as Moodle and Canvas for academic activities.
  • Documenting technical issues, solutions, system requirements, and preparing related documentation and mockups when required.
  • Conducting user training on software features, staying updated with industry trends, and handling additional tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements :

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized University/ Institution.
  • Minimum of two (02) years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification or a minimum of three (03) years of overall work experience in a similar role in the relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
