PAWNING OFFICER CHILAW BRANCH

You should ideally:

• possess 4 years of commercial banking experience including branch operations with exposure to pawning
• have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the bank
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
• have a flair for excellent customer service

You will be mainly responsible for:

• all pawning activities at the branch and support operational functions whilst providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the bank and regulators.
