HUMAN RESOURCES - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Should possess HR degree or equal qualification from a recognized university/institute.
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English & Sinhala (verbal & written).
• Possess good leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience.
• Should be able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Self-motivated individual and willing to take on challenges.
• Prior experience in a finance institution will be an added advantage.
