MEP ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION SITE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP works on construction sites
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of quality standards and safety regulations
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site
- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems
