Executive – Sales Administration

JOB PROFILE
- Prepare Management Information and Bancassurance incentive reports accurately.
- Support financial analysis and forecasting activities.
- Manage credit processes in line with company policies.
- Organize sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide support for the sales recruitment process.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience in Bancassurance operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services sector is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
