VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF HR EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented full-time, on-site HR Executive to join our growing multinational organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting human resource operations, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations across our global network.

Established in 1996, the company exports vehicles to more than 50 countries through a network of subsidiaries & agents in Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement, maintain, and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Handle payroll administration for Staff and Executive categories.
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve employee concerns professionally.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide HR operational support and assist with various HR projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws, particularly the Shop and Office Employees Act.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala / Tamil proficiency is desirable.
- Japanese language skills would be an advantage.
- Experience in the service industry and/or automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
