VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF FINANCE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented full-time, on-site Finance Executive to join our growing multinational organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, preparing records, monitoring budgets, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations across our global network.

AA Japan Pvt Limited (AAJ) is a leading car exporter based in Yokohama, Japan. Established in 1996, the company exports vehicles to more than 50 countries through a network of subsidiaries & agents in Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia. AAJ prides itself as a premium and niche operator in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform reconciliations and maintain records.
- Support on the other financial functions within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Partly / Fully qualified in professional body as CIMA CA or passes finalist in AAT.
- Professional Skills & Requirements
- Accounting software proficiency (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks,)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Typically 2-3 years of experience for Finance Executive roles.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
