ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (AAT, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or club management will be an added advantage.

F&B MANAGER / HEAD OF KITCHEN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations of the club.
  • Lead and manage kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop menus, food costing, and food preparation procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate from a recognized Hotel School or Hospitality Management Institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management or as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, or fine dining establishments will be a distinct advantage.

HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE
