ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (AAT, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or club management will be an added advantage.
F&B MANAGER / HEAD OF KITCHEN
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations of the club.
- Lead and manage kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Develop menus, food costing, and food preparation procedures.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate from a recognized Hotel School or Hospitality Management Institute.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management or as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, or fine dining establishments will be a distinct advantage.
HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE
