RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage front office operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Attend incoming calls and direct them to the relevant persons or departments.
  • Handle day-to-day office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
  • Provide support for general administrative and clerical activities.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and update records accurately.
  • Assist in daily office coordination and administrative functions.
  • Provide support to HR and Administration functions as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female applicants are preferred for this position.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Age below 30 years.
