WE'RE HIRING! HR INTERN

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with end to end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support HR administration related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring all end-to-end processes are followed according to company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and company events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Male candidates residing in the Colombo area will be preferred.
