Recovery Officer
Job Role:
- Keep tracking admin laps policies with data from the relevant Zonal Coordinator.
- Identify, establish contact with and arrange meetings with all policy holders who have lapsed.
- Update policy status and database/details regularly.
- Handle policyholders' questions or complaints strategically.
- Negotiate benefits, meet deadlines, and payment plans/systems.
- Build trust with policyholders and develop a long-term PR.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection/activation target.
- Proper follow-up & provide periodic/timely reminders to policyholders in order.
- Responsible for providing necessary information to the management / Identifying gaps in the system and recommending solutions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- SLIM, CIM, or equivalent professional qualifications; recovery-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer handling.
- Experience in recoveries within the financial services industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct life insurance sales and/or team leadership.

- Negombo/ Kalutara / Galewela / Nawam Mawatha/ Panadura / Embilipitiya / Wattala
