The business activities of the company are spread over the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Sri Lankan with the head office and main manufacturing facilities located in Muscat, Oman.

EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, furniture and fixtures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Negotiate price, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Clients, Designers and Project Team to understand project requirements and material specifications.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with design concepts, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Track and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
• Monitor and control project procurement costs to stay within budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Generate regular reports on procurement status and expenses for project managers and senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualification with engineering background.
• Minimum 4 Years experience in procurement (exposure related to Interior works is an added advantage)
• Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
