RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and warmly welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage meeting room and conference bookings efficiently
  • Coordinate visitor access and maintain reception records
  • Provide administrative support as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains a professional, well-presented appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work extended hours if necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
