QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Motivated candidates needed to work at our Colombo 03 Head office (No site work)

Vajira House being pioneers in the house construction industry, counting for over a period of 110 years and spanning 5 generations. (Since 1916 a British Government Era Co.)

You will play a key role in our housing projects, managing costs from design to completion of the house. Knowledge in computer literacy is essential to carry out record keeping, preparation of work schedules and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• NCT or Diploma equivalent qualifications in the field of Quantity surveying.
• More than 5 years' experience in a similar capacity or reputed company.
• High accuracy in pre costing work.

• BOQ preparation for our luxury houses
• Pre costing work
