Team Leaders (Operations) – Kandy

Voice & Non-Voice Processes

  • Lead, motivate & drive performance across teams of 20+ agents across both Voice and Non-Voice processes.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage rosters, handle escalations, and coach teams for excellence in a 24/7 environment.

What we're looking for

  • 3-4 years contact center experience, 1+ year as Team Leader
  • Strong in KPIs, metrics, MS Excel & reporting
  • Experience in both Voice and Non-Voice processes
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Management or related
  • Trilingual (Sinhala/English/Tamil) is a plus
