Position
BAREFOOT BUTLER Chinese / Russian
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and service-driven Barefoot Butler for the team. If you enjoy engaging with guests and love creating memorable moments, this role is for you.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Russian language is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Butler with certification or training in the field by a recognized institute.
- Food and Beverage Service experience and knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in Housekeeping will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage guest expectations and ensure their stay in the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
- Ability to embrace the rhythm of island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and the barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order.
- As a Butler, you'll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite and personalized experiences, and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
