We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as Management Associate/ Creative Designer attached to Department of Marketing and Outreach.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Designing and developing marketing and promotional materials for print and digital platforms in line with brand guidelines.
- Creating engaging digital creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Collaborating with faculties and event teams to translate briefs into effective visual concepts and support branding initiatives.
- Managing multiple design projects, preparing high-quality artwork, and ensuring timely delivery for print and digital use.
- Updating and adapting designs as required while staying informed on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University/ Institution.
- At least two years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, time-management, and creativity skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
