EXECUTIVE - HR
Key Job functions:
- Assist in day to day HR Operations and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee confirmations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, EPF/ETF and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Conversant with MS Office package.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload & adopt to a challenging environment.
