HR Assistant

Location: 147/D Dandugama, Ja-Ela

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, and payroll support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional qualification in HR (Degree/Diploma/Certificate from IPM, NIBM, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar HR assistant role.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
