SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Three Sinaha Industries (Pvt) Ltd, is a well-established company located in the Nawala. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project cost control, estimation, and contract administration.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for steel fabrication and construction projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement-related cost analysis.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and interim/final account preparations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and commercial best practices.
- Support management in financial planning and project profitability analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in steel fabrication or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD measurement tools or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
