Delivery Assistant

• Visit banks and other institutions to assist with documentation and payment processing
• Handle deliveries and submission of official documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Support administrative staff with errands and external coordination tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive documents
• Ensure proper record-keeping of deliveries and submissions
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Own a motorbike and hold a valid riding license (mandatory)
• Fuel and bike allowance will be provided by the company.
• Training and guidance will be offered to ensure smooth performance of responsibilities.
