ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (LABORATORY SERVICES)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and client-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Business Development for Laboratory Services, driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our laboratory solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Specification Required

  • Bachelor's degree in food science & technology, Agriculture, Chemistry or a related Scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in TIC industry
  • Ability to work with a target-related incentive plan.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, Food Manufacturing/Operation will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office Package.
  • Able to travel around the country.
  • Obtaining valid driving/riding license.
  • Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum guidance.
  • Should be disciplined and a team player.
  • Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Should have high integrity.
  • Ideal candidate should possess leads & referrals to bring new business opportunities.
  • Should be able to work extended hours if required.
