Programme Coordinator – Academic Operations
NEXT Global Education Services, a global leader in Transnational Higher Education and Executive Education, is seeking an energetic Programme Coordinator – Academic Operations to join our Colombo Operations Centre.
This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who can support, train, and manage a high-performing academic operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of programmes across multiple international partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in academic administration, grading, moderation, and partnership coordination, with an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Kindly note that you will be required to work on a Tuesday to Saturday (9am – 6pm) roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Help oversee academic operations including planning, scheduling, assessment coordination, and moderation for a specific pillar (e.g., Business pillar).
- Assist the academic operations team to maintain quality and compliance across multiple partnerships.
- Liaise with university partners and faculty to ensure academic standards and operational timelines are met.
- Provide exceptional student support services to students, faculty, and partner institutions.
- Assist management of academic reporting, compliance documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic operations, programme administration, or higher education management.
- Good understanding of academic processes including delivery, assessment, grading, and quality assurance.
- Skills in team development; with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and stakeholder management.
- Flexibility to work across international time zones and support global academic delivery operations.
- A postgraduate qualification (master's level or above) will be an advantage.
