JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HR

We are a group of companies pioneering in MEP solutions providing our service both locally and overseas. We are currently on the lookout for young dynamic and dedicated individuals for the Junior Executive - HR position.

Qualifications, experience & skill required :

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. (Qualification in CIPM's CQHRM program will also be considered.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Junior HR Executive or similar role.
  • Sound understanding of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Positive, proactive, and can do attitude with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • High level confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end -to- end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as employment confirmations, transfers, and other correspondences.
  • Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support employee relations activities by maintaining healthy communication and resolving minor workplace issues.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, internal events, and training sessions.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with company policies and labour regulations.
