JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HR
We are a group of companies pioneering in MEP solutions providing our service both locally and overseas. We are currently on the lookout for young dynamic and dedicated individuals for the Junior Executive - HR position.
Qualifications, experience & skill required :
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. (Qualification in CIPM's CQHRM program will also be considered.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Junior HR Executive or similar role.
- Sound understanding of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Positive, proactive, and can do attitude with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
- High level confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end -to- end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as employment confirmations, transfers, and other correspondences.
- Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee relations activities by maintaining healthy communication and resolving minor workplace issues.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, internal events, and training sessions.
- Ensure all HR practices align with company policies and labour regulations.
