ERP & System Operations
Join a dynamic, Australian-owned sweater manufacturing business at the forefront of the apparel industry. Located in the Biyagama Export Processing Zone (EPZ), we combine premium Australian design with high-caliber Sri Lankan production.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's ERP and related business systems to ensure smooth daily operations. The role provides technical support to users, maintains data accuracy, assists with system improvements, and contributes to ERP implementation and integration projects across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line support for ERP (WinMAGI) users across all departments and resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain user access, master data, and ensure data accuracy within ERP systems.
- Support system integrations, automations, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with ERP implementation and migration projects, including testing and user support.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to ensure system performance.
- Monitor system availability, security, and support continuous process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP administration, support, or systems coordination.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data management, and business processes.
- Familiarity with SQL, database troubleshooting, and system integrations.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
