DRAFTSPERSON
REVIT DRAFTSPERSON / BIM COORDINATOR (5+ Years' Experience)
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
we are hiring.
PWA Architects is seeking an experienced Revit Draftsperson / BIM Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on developing high-quality architectural BIM documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs within the architectural workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
- Develop detailed construction and technical drawings
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP inputs
- Identify and highlight coordination issues affecting architectural design intent
- Support clash detection and BIM coordination reviews
- Maintain and manage BIM models in line with project standards
- Assist project teams in design development and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revit-based documentation
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Good understanding of construction detailing and building systems coordination
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination
- Strong attention to detail
