Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily store and warehouse operations.
  • Supervise store staff and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Ensure proper product organization and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the apparel or textile industry will be an added advantage.
