Legal Officer
Key Qualifications
- Attorney At Law, Notary Public (Negambo) and Commissioner for Oaths
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the corporate field and notary practice.
- Strong Knowledge of the law of Conveyancing, Corporate, Commercial law, and labor law
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Typing Skills in Sinhala and English
- Male or Female
Responsibilities
- Attesting to Customer agreements and corporate agreements.
- Attesting Deeds and Notarial Documents.
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Lease Agreements, Corporate and Commercial agreements, and any other Legal Documents and Letters.
- Carrying out title search due diligence and verification of ownership of land (Title Clearance).
- Providing legal advice and support across all departments within the organization.
