COORDINATOR – STUDENT AFFAIRS

As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be actively engaged in organising workshops, training sessions, and student engagement and promotional activities.
  • Provide guidance and counselling to students on the CA professional qualification.
  • Handle student enquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate with students, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of projects under the Student Affairs Division.
  • Ensure smooth operations and high service standards within student-related functions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in English and Sinhala.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a digital environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable, with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
