Executive – Business Process Re-engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Executive – Business Process Re-engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across departments
  • Conduct process mapping using BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process models and SOPs
  • Support process automation and digital transformation projects
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance and standardization
  • Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Process Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or process re-engineering
  • Sound knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process documentation
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies will be an added advantage
  • Experience with tools such as Bizagi Modeler, Visio, Power BI, Excel, or similar applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
