Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum three (03) years of coaching experience in badminton
- Passion for mentoring and sports development
- Former players or sports professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant coaching certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience at school or club level
- Ability to assist in training and developing players.
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Physical fitness and commitment to student development
