SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: NARAHENPITA | IGNITE MEDIA VISION (PVT) LTD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
n- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
n- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
n- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
n- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
n- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive growth
n- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
n- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital or IT-related industry
n- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n- Must be able to handle over the phone sales
n- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
