QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Previous experience in Minimum 3 – 5 years construction, engineering, or related industry will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity calculations
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
• Assist with tender preparation and evaluation
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Track project progress and manage variations
• Maintain accurate documentation related to project costs
