Qualifications/Criteria
- Completed/undertaking an academic or professional qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO sector is mandatory
- Passionate about customer service & RCM
- Interested in building a career in the BPO industry
- Ability to work with MS Office package
- Good written and verbal communication skills
