Comfort Union is a Canadian home services company based in Calgary. We are a small, close-knit family business specializing in heating, cooling, and plumbing. We are growing and hiring remote talent in Sri Lanka to be the voice of our company.
You will be on the phone with Canadian customers every day. Inbound calls, outbound calls, follow-ups, and bookings. You are the first voice a customer hears. This role is built on two things above everything else: exceptional English fluency and technology fluency.
You speak English fluently with minimal accent. You hold natural, confident conversations with Canadian customers without losing clarity or composure. You stay fluent even when conversations get difficult or technical. Your tone is warm, professional, and easy to listen to. This will be assessed thoroughly during hiring.
Comfortable using web applications, computer systems, and communication tools. You pick up new software quickly and navigate systems without hesitation or hand-holding.
