Call Centre Agent — Remote (Sri Lanka)

Location: Sri Lanka (Remote) | Type: Permanent Full-Time | 100% Remote | Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM SL ST | Salary: LKR 90,000 to 140,000/Month

Who We Are

Comfort Union is a Canadian home services company based in Calgary. We are a small, close-knit family business specializing in heating, cooling, and plumbing. We are growing and hiring remote talent in Sri Lanka to be the voice of our company.

The Role

You will be on the phone with Canadian customers every day. Inbound calls, outbound calls, follow-ups, and bookings. You are the first voice a customer hears. This role is built on two things above everything else: exceptional English fluency and technology fluency.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with Canadian customers professionally and confidently
  • Book appointments, follow up on inquiries, and manage customer communications
  • Navigate business software to log calls, update records, and track interactions
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat with a consistent professional tone

What We Are Looking For

English Fluency — This Is the Number One Requirement

You speak English fluently with minimal accent. You hold natural, confident conversations with Canadian customers without losing clarity or composure. You stay fluent even when conversations get difficult or technical. Your tone is warm, professional, and easy to listen to. This will be assessed thoroughly during hiring.

Technology Fluency

Comfortable using web applications, computer systems, and communication tools. You pick up new software quickly and navigate systems without hesitation or hand-holding.

What You Need

  • Fluent English, minimal accent, strong conversational confidence
  • Comfortable in difficult conversations while maintaining clarity
  • High speed internet, quiet workspace, strong laptop, quality headset
  • Ability to work 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM SLST, six days a week
  • Prior call centre or phone based experience is a strong asset
