Sales & Marketing Executive
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the hotel's products and services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade segments.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Manage and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
