RECEPTIONIST
ACE Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is a BOI approved and LEED (Green) Certified Mega Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant designed to comply with GMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP and US FDA Standards, located in Horana, Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Receptionist cum Office Coordinator to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while coordinating office functions efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and handle courier services (incoming/outgoing).
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and maintaining calendars.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth office operations.
- Support HR and management in organizing events, interviews, and staff activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or Diploma in Administration/Secretarial Studies or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Receptionist / Office Assistant / Coordinator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
