Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle petty cash transactions, vouchers, and reimbursements
  • Maintain petty cash registers and supporting documents
  • Verify service center petty cash and process reimbursements
  • Record field visit settlements and utility bills
  • Prepare and maintain service provider documentation
  • File vouchers and VAT invoices accurately
  • Visit banks for urgent finance-related matters when required
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or basic qualification in Accounting / Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
