MARKETING MANAGER
ADI Group of Companies, established in 1992, is a well-established and trusted manufacturing organization based in Bandaragama. As a leading bathware manufacturer specializing in innovative and high-quality sanitaryware and bathroom accessories, we continue to expand our market presence and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, dealers, architects, and contractors to support business objectives.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in bathware, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of brand management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Age 35 to 45.
